The cyclone dust separator PC-CYCLONE is a centrifugal pre-separator, that is, a machinery that allows to purify the air eliminating the dust taking advantage of the principle of the centrifugal force. It is used as a preliminary treatment of the polluted stream to partially reduce the contaminants in the air. The standard cyclone HFiltration equipment includes the dust collection drum up to Ø 1000. To facilitate the discharge of the reduced dust, in addition to the 1000 diameter, a motorized rotary valve is installed below the cyclonic cone.

We propose using the cyclone dust separator PC-CYCLONE as a pre-dusting agent, combined with our HJL COMPACT or Pulsatron Compact® filters. Advised in a wide range of industrial processes where dry and coarse or sparking dust must be treated. The loss of load in these cyclones varies between 60 and 130 mm H2O.

For heavier applications, the cyclone dust separator can be made of wear-resistant steel (HARDOX).
